Foreman Reyes ran the east grid before it went dark. He is out in the yard at the Palmer-Taylor depot, and he has a plan in five stages: survey the grid, rebuild the substations, restring the lines, fire the power station, and switch the towns back on. Nobody does it alone.
Jobs, not fetch quests
Every site on the campaign is a list of real jobs — force a door, recover schematics, treat a crew after an arc flash, get a bucket truck running, tension a span, close a town switch. Jobs want the right skills, the right parts and sometimes a crew standing on the spot. What one survivor drew up, another has to carry across the map.
The whole server moves
Progress belongs to everyone. A finished site has to hold power for five days before it counts, so the grid comes back over weeks, not an evening — and when the last site of a stage closes, the map changes for every survivor on it. The people who did the work earn the campaign's biggest rewards.
- Five stages from survey to lit-up towns
- Skill-gated, part-gated, crew-gated jobs
- Sites must hold power for five days to count
