Privacy policy

• Account: when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar and (if shared) email, via Discord OAuth.
• Whitelist identities: your Cfx.re ID and Steam hex, which you provide during the whitelist application.
• Gameplay: in-game progress such as your season-pass level and rewards, linked to your Steam hex.
• Payments: purchases are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened, never your card details.
• Technical: a single sign-in session cookie and basic server logs.

• To run the whitelist and verify you are eligible to play.
• To moderate fairly: your linked Discord, Cfx and Steam identities let us enforce a ban across all of them and prevent ban evasion.
• To show you your own account, stats and season-pass progress.
• To deliver and verify purchases.

Your data is stored in our own database and is not sold. It is shared only with the services that make the site work: Discord (for sign-in) and our payment processor (for purchases). Staff with admin access can view your linked identities for moderation.

We use one essential, http-only cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by opening a ticket in our Discord. Note that if you are banned, we may retain your identifiers as long as needed to keep the ban enforceable.

This server and Discord are intended for players old enough to use Discord under its terms. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

We may update this policy as the server evolves. Material changes will be announced in Discord, and the date above will change.
