Terms of service

Last updated 4 June 2026

These terms cover the DeadZone website, whitelist and game server. By creating an account, applying for the whitelist, or playing, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You need a legitimate, updated copy of Grand Theft Auto V and the FiveM client, and you must follow Rockstar's, Cfx.re's and Discord's terms. You must be old enough to use Discord under its rules.

Whitelist and access

Access is whitelisted and granted at staff discretion. We may approve, decline, suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, to protect the community and the server.

Conduct

You agree to follow the server rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment and similar behaviour lead to removal. Staff decisions are final in the moment; appeals go through a Discord ticket.

Your identities and bans

One account per player. The Discord, Cfx and Steam identities you link are treated as one person. A ban applies across all of them, and attempting to evade a ban with another account or identity is itself a bannable offence.

Purchases

Optional purchases (such as the premium season pass) are digital cosmetic items delivered in-game. They never grant a gameplay advantage. Because they are delivered digitally, they are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where the law requires otherwise; refunds otherwise follow our payment processor's policy.

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in a ban. Cosmetic content, pricing and season contents can change or be retired between seasons.

Availability

The server and website are provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted play. Seasons reset on their own schedule, and we may change, pause or discontinue features as the project evolves.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, DeadZone and its staff are not liable for lost in-game progress, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the server or website.

Changes

We may update these terms as the server grows. Material changes are announced in Discord and reflected in the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
